Happy Trendy Thursday- Multi-top

It took me awhile to figure out what I wanted to do this Trendy Thursday, but it came together with this flowy top I made with elastic at the neck.  With the elastic at the neck you can wear it many ways like off the shoulders, off one shoulder, at the shoulders or like I have it in the picture below.
