Clothes Frenzy

For the las couple of weeks I have been making clothes like crazy, I am deeply sorry I haven't been able to post any of them. Time just goes so fast you don't even know what day it is. In the midst of everything that is going in my life I am so thankful God gives graces, peace, love and so much more when you come to Him with open arms. Instead of doing individual blog I am going to upload everything that I have made, I don't have a picture for everything but the ones you will see will be lovely cause I created this item with my hands. Professional

WHOO! I have finally created a dress worth flaunting around the town with of course leopard shoes and a nice jacket or cardigan. Here are my ideas for the dress what do you think? Have a lovely day or night. 

Simple black

Usually I go all out on something that is plain to me but this time I just wanted to keep it simple. So this is my new collection simply black with a pop of green as the zipper color and jean pocket inside.  Tell me what you think of it, I want to know. 

Clutch

I think I am on a clutch crazy this is my second that I have made so far and I love it. What do you think? It didn't take longer like the first one I did. Have a lovely night or day'

Skirt madness

I made a new skirt with a matching purse. I am so excited it turned out to be great. The pattern is like a sailor pictures and flags and red in the background  let me know what you think, have a lovely day depending on where you at

Double sided

I have created a bag that is purple on one side and plead on the other. I am so excited because the last time I created one I was in hight school and I did it by hand, but this time I did by the machine. WHOO ! I know it sound lame but to me it is a big step. Have a lovely day!

Maxi skirt madness

WHOO I have successful made my first maxi skirt and I am excited. Romper

I am so excited because I made my first romper from a dress, the only thing I think I did wrong was using the wrong pants as a pattern for the bottom part if the romper. Check the pictures out and let me know what you think. Have a blessed day. 

Colorful

I made an infinite scarf that was tie-dyed. Check the pictures out it is pink and white. 

"Old school" to "New school"

Have you ever wonder why in the 1800's women had so many layers in the hot sun? Well I have, if I was born in the 1800's my taste in clothing would have been so different from the other women.  I am not  upset, but thankful that I was born in this century.  The reason I say this because I found a dress or maybe it is a night gown at the thrift store and I turned it into a beautiful dress you can wear out and have a fun clean time. As you can see the dress, it is ancient in my opinion lol.  I had to do a lot of work because I didn't know what I wanted to do with this dress, but the end results was great.  The first thing I did as always is cut the length of the dress to the knee, next I cut the arms length to the elbow, took the ruffles off that was around the neck, and last I hemmed up all the places that I had cut off.  BAM! you have a lovely outfit.  Let me know what you think and have a blessed day!

Polka dots

Yaaa! For polka dots. I think polka dots will never go out of style because they are so much fun in any color I think. Well let me tell you what I did to this dress, I decide if I should keep the whole dress together or cut it in half well you see my creation I cut it in half and added elastic to the waist so it could be fitted to the hip. This was a very simple project because I wanted to do something different. Let me know what you think and have a blessed day or night. 

Purity

Before I upload my next blog I want to share something special about it. And before I do that I want to let y'all know I have been sick the last two weeks that is why I am behind. When we was scraping glue off our floors so some more can be laid down the products we was using was not good in an non well ventilated area. So sleep in those fumes and working it made my body very weak. Thank God we all recover from that and we are healthy as a horse as most people would say. Lol

   Okay back. To the reason why I write this, couple weeks ago I learned about purity not just the physical part but the mind. Purity does not exactly have to be about the physical part. Our need to be pure to because that is what start actions in our lives and mistakes we can't take back. I share this because I want my blog to show women if I haven't wrote already how to dress nice without showing so much skin. I think a real man would love to see his women with less cleavage because it is not meant for the whole world to see. 

The way we can purify our mind is watch what we read in a daily basis, see on tv, hear on the radio, and be care who you call your role model. NOT EVERYONE THAT SAY THEY ARE GOOD ARE GOOD!   I am not saying we can be 100% pure because God is the only one that is pure, but I am saying we should start trying to live our lives for Him and not the world. Country side

This next dress I remade gave me a country feel because of the designs on the fabrics. When I started on this dress it didn't take me long because I already knew what I wanted to change and other ideas came as I was cutting on the dress. I would say it took me three steps to fix the dress up. The first step I cut the dress length, I would say I cut off about 10 to 12 inches. Second step I cut the sleeves off easy right and the last step was I cut strips into the dress at the end of the dress . Check out the dress and let me know what you think, we added a gold small belt along with gold sparkle sandals.

Turquoise

I think I have really tested my skills this time. I took a dress that my sister said reminded her of Medea, you know Tyler Perry plays because it was padded and well let just say really padded lol. Well after my trimming the length, cutting the sleeves and adding elastic where the padding and collar use to be. So check out my creation and let me know what you think. Have a blessed day!! Purple

This week I recreated a dress into a lovely top. As I do with ever dress I cut off a certain amount at the bottom of the dress that is the length of my height. This time I didn't do that because I cut too much off, but it still turned out great. The only thing I did this time was cut the dress 5 to 10 inches off and shorten the arm straps. Pink

The first dress I redesign that I got from the thrift store is the pick one with long sleeves and lengthy. So what I did is cut the sleeves off and shorten the length of the dress and added buttons to fill in the empty space at the bottom of the dress and VIOLA! It is done. New Project in Motion

So I went to the thrift store last week and I thought to myself...hmm fashion. What can I do with these clothes that I have just bought? I could cut here or trim here. If you would like to see what I will be doing with the clothes that I bought because they caught my eye. And the only reason why I am changing them up because I never buy clothes that are my size, they are either too big or too long, but the best about buying clothing that doesn't fit is you get to put put your one style on it. So check back each week until I am finish with the last piece. Here are the pictures of the clothes before I put my magic touch on it:

Shoe Crave

So today I went into one of my favorite stores today and saw these gorgeous low price shoes and you know what I did, I brought them. The pair of shoes cost me around 19 dollars, I am such a good shopper when it comes to spending money. Some people like to just spend money on the first thing they see, which I do sometimes but I always try to talk myself out of it because I never want to spend no more than 40 dollars on a par of shoes that want last or I might not wear them but only one time. This might not happen often depending on the shoe, so check my shoes and tell me what you think. They are light brown open toe and a strip to go around the ankle.
